Using this site
You may read, print, and share this site freely. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at volume, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
No engagement until it is in writing
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Submitting the form, booking a call, or exchanging emails does not create a client relationship. Work begins when both parties sign a written agreement describing the scope, cost, and schedule.
Estimates and information
Prices, timelines, and capabilities described here are general indications based on past work, not quotes. Your actual scope, cost, and schedule are set in your agreement. We keep this site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or current.
Ownership
The content, design, and code of this site belong to Five AM Software. Product and company names mentioned belong to their respective owners.
Liability
This site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
